PMO Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Executive to support our project management office. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is crucial for maintaining project efficiency and facilitating smooth operations within our fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating them to project managers as needed.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all project-related information is organized and accessible.
• Support the PMO in resource allocation and management.
• Assist in the implementation and adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
