Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will support the Project Management Office in ensuring smooth project execution, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation within the building material sector. This role requires a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of project coordination principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action logs.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential risks and issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
- Support the PMO in resource allocation and management.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Data entry and maintenance of project management software.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and management.
