Podiatry Surgeon

Role Summary:
Dixon Technologies (India) Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Podiatry Surgeon to join our corporate health and wellness team. The Podiatry Surgeon will be responsible for providing comprehensive foot and ankle care to our employees, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions affecting the lower extremities, ensuring the overall health and productivity of our workforce within the electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations of the feet, ankles, and lower legs to diagnose a wide range of conditions, including biomechanical issues, skin conditions, nail disorders, and injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may include prescribing medications, recommending orthotics, performing minor surgical procedures, or referring to specialists.
• Provide patient education on foot health, proper footwear, and preventative measures relevant to an industrial setting.
• Manage and treat common foot ailments such as corns, calluses, bunions, ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis, and fungal infections.
• Perform diagnostic imaging interpretation (e.g., X-rays, MRIs) as needed.
• Collaborate with occupational health professionals and HR to address workplace-related foot and leg issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
