Podiatry Surgeon (Full-Time) | Gurgaon

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Podiatry Surgeon with 3-5 years of experience to join our wellness team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive foot and ankle care to our esteemed guests and employees, ensuring their mobility and comfort. This role requires a deep understanding of podiatric medicine and surgery, coupled with excellent patient care skills. As a Podiatry Surgeon, you will be instrumental in promoting the health and well-being of individuals within our hospitality environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests related to foot and ankle conditions.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of podiatric issues, including but not limited to, diabetic foot complications, sports injuries, biomechanical abnormalities, skin conditions, and nail disorders.
- Perform surgical procedures on the foot and ankle, such as bunionectomies, hammertoe corrections, fracture repairs, and soft tissue excisions, adhering to strict sterile techniques and protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including conservative management, therapeutic exercises, orthotic prescriptions, and wound care.
- Provide post-operative care and follow-up to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcomes.
- Educate patients on foot health, preventive measures, and appropriate footwear to maintain long-term well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and physiotherapists, to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in podiatric surgery and medicine.
