Political Science Teacher

Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Political Science Teacher to join our educational initiatives within Tata Motors. This role involves imparting a strong understanding of political science concepts, theories, and their real-world applications to students, fostering critical thinking and informed citizenship. The ideal candidate will contribute to the holistic development of our student community by creating an engaging and intellectually stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Political Science courses, covering topics such as comparative politics, international relations, political theory, and Indian government and politics.
- Assess student learning through various methods including assignments, presentations, debates, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their understanding and academic performance.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, open discussion, and respectful debate.
- Stay updated with current political events and trends, and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Guide students in research projects and encourage their participation in academic competitions.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress to students and relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate educational field trips or guest lectures related to political science.
