Political Science Teacher (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Political Science Teacher with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our corporate training division in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training modules on political science concepts relevant to the BPO/Call Centre industry. This role requires a unique blend of academic knowledge in political science and design thinking to create effective learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training curricula and materials on various aspects of political science, focusing on their application and relevance in the global business environment, specifically within the BPO/Call Centre sector.
- Create visually appealing and interactive learning content, presentations, and workshops using design principles and tools, leveraging the M.Des background.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to employees, facilitating discussions and critical thinking on topics such as international relations, political systems, governance, and socio-economic impacts.
- Assess learning outcomes through appropriate evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to participants.
- Stay updated with current political and economic trends and their potential impact on the industry.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and methodologies.
