We are seeking a Political Science Teacher with 1-2 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our team in Chandigarh. This role involves educating employees on political science concepts relevant to the corporate and industrial landscape, fostering critical thinking and informed decision-making within the organization. While an M.Pharma background is required, the focus will be on leveraging analytical and research skills to teach political science.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and training sessions on various aspects of political science, including comparative politics, international relations, political theory, and Indian politics.
- Create course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools tailored to the needs of corporate professionals.
- Facilitate discussions and debates to encourage critical analysis of political events and their impact on business and society.
- Research and stay updated on current political trends and their implications for the Metals & Mining industry.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to employees seeking to deepen their understanding of political science.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to design and implement educational programs that enhance employees' understanding of the socio-political environment.
