Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Port & Maritime Operations role. This position will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and management of our IoT-based solutions within port environments, focusing on optimizing the flow of goods and information for our food processing industry clients. You will work closely with port authorities, logistics partners, and our technical teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of IoT devices and platforms deployed in port facilities for food processing cargo.
- Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines, and food processing companies to ensure smooth cargo handling and transit.
- Monitor real-time data from IoT sensors to track the location, condition (temperature, humidity), and status of food shipments.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in port and maritime logistics.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement necessary upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant port regulations and safety standards.
- Generate reports on operational performance, cargo movement, and system efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new IoT solution deployments within port infrastructure.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure efficient information flow and problem-solving.
