Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our Corporate team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will support various aspects of port and maritime operations within our facility management services, focusing on administrative, financial, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of commercial principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations related to port and maritime facilities, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Support the preparation and analysis of operational budgets and financial reports, reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and supplies, and assist in procurement processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Process invoices, track payments, and manage petty cash for operational expenses.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, costs, and compliance.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends and best practices in port and maritime operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the operational areas.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining databases.
