Portfolio Manager

Role Summary:
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of facilities management contracts for corporate clients across India. This role requires strategic planning, operational oversight, financial management, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure optimal service delivery, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic facility management plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures for the assigned portfolio.
- Lead and mentor facility management teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Drive innovation and implement best practices in facility management.
