Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging trends and technologies in the medical devices and equipment industry.
- Design, develop, and validate prototypes for new medical devices or components, with a focus on user needs and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D engineers, product managers, and clinical specialists, to translate research findings into practical solutions.
- Perform experimental testing, data analysis, and interpretation to support product development and improvement.
- Stay abreast of scientific literature, patents, and competitor activities in the relevant fields.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through invention disclosures and patent applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and interns as needed.
