Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Post Silicon Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for complex integrated circuits (ICs) after they have been fabricated. This role involves ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our cutting-edge semiconductor products through rigorous testing and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive post-silicon test plans and procedures for ASICs and SoCs.
Design and implement test vectors and test programs for various test equipment (e.g., ATE).
Analyze test results, identify failure modes, and debug silicon issues.
Collaborate with design, verification, and characterization teams to resolve silicon bugs.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and characterization data.
Contribute to the improvement of test methodologies and test coverage.
Support product bring-up and characterization activities.
