Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Post Silicon Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the validation and testing of complex integrated circuits (ICs) after they have been fabricated. This role involves developing test plans, writing test programs, executing tests, analyzing results, and debugging failures to ensure the quality and performance of our cutting-edge electronic products for critical government applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive post-silicon validation plans for complex ASICs and SoCs.
- Write and debug test programs using industry-standard languages (e.g., Verilog, VHDL, C/C++).
- Utilize ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) platforms for functional and performance testing.
- Characterize silicon performance across various operating conditions (voltage, temperature).
- Analyze test results, identify failure modes, and work closely with design and verification teams for root cause analysis and bug fixing.
- Develop and maintain test hardware and software infrastructure.
- Document test procedures, results, and failure reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methodologies and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, verification, and product engineering.
