Post Silicon Test Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Post Silicon Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for our cutting-edge semiconductor products. This role involves hands-on testing, debugging, and validation of silicon designs in a lab environment, ensuring product quality and performance meet stringent specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for post-silicon validation of complex ASICs/SoCs.

Design and implement test vectors and test programs using various scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, C/C++).

Utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers for hardware bring-up and debug.

Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate with design and verification teams to resolve issues.

Characterize silicon performance and power consumption under various operating conditions.

Contribute to the development of test methodologies and automation frameworks.

Document test procedures, results, and failure analysis reports.
