We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post Silicon Test Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our integrated circuits (ICs) from the initial post-silicon validation phase through to production. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with a BBA/BBM degree to bring a valuable business perspective to technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of post-silicon validation test plans for complex ICs.
• Perform functional and performance testing of silicon prototypes.
• Analyze test results, identify failures, and collaborate with design and verification teams to debug issues.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks.
• Document test procedures, results, and failure reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methodologies and processes.
• Utilize business acumen (BBA/BBM) to understand the impact of test results on product timelines and costs.
