Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Power Generation Engineer with 3-6 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the efficient and reliable operation of our power generation facilities, with a focus on innovative solutions and sustainable practices within the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage aspects of power generation systems, including thermal, renewable, or hybrid energy sources, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct detailed technical analysis of power generation equipment and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Participate in the design, development, and commissioning of new power generation projects or upgrades, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and efficient energy supply.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in power generation technologies and regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to the healthcare industry.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability programs.
