Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage and optimize power generation systems across our hotel properties in India. This role is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted power supply, enhancing energy efficiency, and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of power generation technologies and their application in a hospitality context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all power generation equipment, including generators, boilers, and associated systems.
- Develop and implement energy management strategies to reduce consumption and costs.
- Monitor power generation performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national safety, environmental, and energy regulations.
- Manage contracts with external power generation service providers and suppliers.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of power generation facilities.
- Train and supervise on-site technical staff responsible for power generation.
- Develop and manage the budget for power generation operations.
- Investigate and implement new technologies for sustainable and efficient power generation.
