Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Plant Technician to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our power generation facilities. The technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all power plant equipment to guarantee uninterrupted power supply for our extensive operations. This role requires a strong understanding of power plant systems and a commitment to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor power plant equipment, including generators, turbines, boilers, and control systems.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on all plant machinery and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Respond to operational emergencies and take necessary actions to mitigate risks and restore normal operations.
Maintain accurate logs and records of operational data, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
Adhere to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance and implement upgrades.
Ensure compliance with all relevant permits and regulatory requirements.
