Power Plant Technician - Miscellaneous Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Power Plant Technician with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and have a keen interest in the operational aspects of power generation within the miscellaneous sector. This role involves supporting the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of power plant equipment, ensuring efficient and safe plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of power plant machinery and systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians or engineers.
- Maintain accurate logs of plant operations, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company safety standards.
- Support the testing and calibration of plant instrumentation.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering and operations teams to optimize plant efficiency.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform necessary corrective actions.
- Utilize B.Pharma knowledge for understanding chemical processes involved in power generation where applicable (e.g., water treatment, emissions control).
