Power Production Manager

Role Summary: The Power Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of power generation and distribution within ITC Hotels' properties in India, ensuring reliable, efficient, and cost-effective energy supply. This role requires a strong understanding of power systems, maintenance, and regulatory compliance within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for efficient power generation and consumption across hotel properties.
2. Manage the operation and maintenance of all power generation equipment, including generators, UPS systems, and renewable energy sources.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national energy regulations and safety standards.
4. Monitor energy usage, identify areas for improvement, and implement energy-saving initiatives.
5. Oversee the procurement of fuel, spare parts, and other necessary resources for power production.
6. Manage a team of technicians and engineers responsible for power plant operations and maintenance.
7. Develop and manage the budget for the power production department.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of power supply with hotel operations.
