Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Power Production Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to oversee and optimize power generation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable energy production, contributing to our mission of promoting renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze power plant performance data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and output.
Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize energy generation while minimizing costs and environmental impact.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage and mentor junior operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, operational status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with engineering and project teams on the integration of new technologies and upgrades.
