Power Production Manager - Legal (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Power Production Manager with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our legal operations team in Mangalore. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our internal power generation and management systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operations crucial for our legal services delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to improve processes, manage resources, and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of internal power production systems and infrastructure.

Analyze energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.

Develop and implement strategies for sustainable power generation and backup solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and facilities management, to ensure seamless integration of power systems.

Manage vendors and service providers related to power equipment and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.

Utilize M.Des principles to design user-centric solutions for operational challenges.

Prepare regular reports on power production, consumption, and system performance for senior management.
