Power Supply and Distribution - Electrical Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team, focusing on the power supply and distribution aspects of our architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable electrical infrastructure for our diverse range of corporate and institutional clients across India. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, power quality, and regulatory compliance within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for power supply, distribution, and lighting in accordance with project requirements and Indian electrical codes (NEC, BIS standards).
• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and specifications for review and approval.
• Conduct load calculations, power factor correction studies, and ensure energy efficiency in designs.
• Specify and select electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, panels, cables, and protective devices.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and other consultants to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall design.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that may arise during design, construction, or operation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian electrical regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
• Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and project submittals.
