Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage and oversee power supply and distribution operations within our content development and language services division. This role is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted power to our critical infrastructure, including data centers, content creation studios, and office facilities across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and reliable distribution of electrical power, maintenance of power systems, and implementation of energy-saving strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient power supply and distribution across all company facilities in India.
- Monitor and manage the performance of power infrastructure, including substations, transformers, and distribution networks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems to prevent downtime.
- Conduct regular audits of power consumption and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
- Manage relationships with external power utility providers and vendors.
- Develop and manage budgets for power supply and distribution operations.
- Respond to and resolve power-related emergencies and outages promptly.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities management teams to ensure seamless integration of power systems with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of power usage, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
