Power Supply Manager

Role Summary: The Power Supply Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's power supply infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient energy distribution across all manufacturing units and facilities in India. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, power quality, and energy management strategies to support the operational needs of a large-scale electrical equipment manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient power sourcing, distribution, and utilization across all company sites.
• Monitor and analyze power consumption patterns to identify areas for cost reduction and energy efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations, environmental standards, and energy policies in India.
• Manage relationships with power utility providers, negotiate tariffs, and ensure timely resolution of supply-related issues.
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of power distribution systems, substations, and backup power solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians responsible for power supply operations.
• Conduct regular audits of power infrastructure and recommend improvements for reliability and performance.
• Develop and manage the budget for power supply operations and capital expenditures related to electrical infrastructure.
