Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Supply Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all power supply systems within our data centers and facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations critical to our BFSI services. This role is essential for maintaining the reliability and uptime of our critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, generators, and related power distribution units.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all power equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, identifying root causes of power failures and implementing timely corrective actions.
- Monitor power system performance using diagnostic tools and software, and generate reports on system status and energy consumption.
- Respond to power-related emergencies and outages, working under pressure to restore services as quickly as possible.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to plan and execute power infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
