Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PPC Engineer to join our growing team. The PPC Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and managing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in our packaging manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of production planning, control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all production activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new production technologies and processes.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and key metrics.
