Practice Manager / Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager / Head to lead and grow our Analytics and Research practice in Mumbai. This role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives, managing client engagements, and fostering a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership qualities, and a proven track record in the KPO/Analytics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Analytics & Research practice, aligning with overall company goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and researchers, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytics and research projects, from scoping to final presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities for WNS to add value.
- Drive business development initiatives, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new service offerings and market opportunities.
- Ensure operational efficiency and profitability of the practice.
- Collaborate with other departments to leverage resources and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from a reputable institution.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in the Analytics, KPO, or Research industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of analytical methodologies, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools.
