Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Practice Manager/Head to lead and grow our emerging technologies practice. This role will be instrumental in defining our strategy, building capabilities, and driving successful client engagements in areas like AI, ML, Cloud, and Data Engineering. You will be responsible for the overall success of the practice, including business development, team leadership, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the emerging technologies practice, aligning with company goals.
Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong technical expertise within the practice, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies.
Manage practice financials, including revenue targets, profitability, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with other practice leads and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and cross-functional alignment.
