Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Practice Manager / Head with 1-3 years of experience, ideally with a BBA/BBM background, to oversee and optimize the operations of our Vishakhapatnam branch. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, client satisfaction, and efficient team management within the beauty and personal care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the Vishakhapatnam office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Oversee client appointments, inquiries, and service delivery to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, service providers) to ensure seamless service execution.

Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.

Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to foster a productive work environment.

Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance service quality and client experience.
