Practice Manager / Head (BBA/BBM Required) - Thane

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Practice Manager/Head with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and streamline operations within our electronics manufacturing facility in Thane. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient workflow, managing resources, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with different departments (production, quality control, supply chain) to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management.
- Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial planning for the practice.
- Support client relationship management and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
