Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead and grow our Live Entertainment vertical within India. This role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing key relationships, and ensuring operational excellence to deliver exceptional live event experiences for our customers. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of live entertainment ticketing and engagement on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Live Entertainment business in India, aligning with company objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, artists, venues, and promoters.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of live events on the platform, from planning and promotion to ticketing and post-event analysis.
- Drive business growth through identifying new opportunities, expanding market reach, and optimizing revenue streams.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and product development.
- Ensure seamless operational execution and customer satisfaction for all live events managed through the platform.
