Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Pre Sales Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a Pre Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to prospective clients in the packaging industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to build a career in a growing organization. Role Summary: The Pre Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer technical requirements, developing compelling product demonstrations, and creating customized technical proposals that align with client needs and our company's offerings. You will act as a bridge between our technical capabilities and the sales process, ensuring that our solutions are clearly communicated and effectively positioned. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and challenges related to packaging solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop and customize technical proposals, including scope of work, Bill of Materials (BOM), and technical specifications.
- Respond to technical queries from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market requirements and customer pain points.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings in the packaging sector.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and sales collateral.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing all technical objections and concerns.
