Role Summary: The Pre Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to prospective clients in the banking sector. This role involves understanding client requirements, designing and presenting technical solutions, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Design and architect innovative technical solutions that address client challenges and leverage the bank's offerings.
Act as a subject matter expert on banking technology, financial products, and regulatory compliance.
Respond to technical queries and requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the banking and fintech space.
Provide technical feedback to product development and engineering teams.
