Assist senior pre-sales engineers and sales representatives in understanding and documenting customer requirements for biotechnology products and services.

Prepare and deliver basic technical presentations or demonstrations of our products to potential clients, focusing on their specific needs.

Provide initial technical support and answer basic product-related questions from prospective customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies for engaging with new clients in the biotechnology space.

Learn and maintain a strong understanding of Gennova's product portfolio, including vaccines, biotherapeutics, and related technologies.

Support the creation of technical documentation and proposals.
