Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically adept Pre Sales Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong aptitude for understanding complex scientific concepts and translating them into compelling business solutions. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to prospective clients within the Biotechnology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales cycle, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Assist in the development of customized solutions and proposals that align with client needs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and Biocon's product portfolio.
- Translate technical product features into client benefits and value propositions.
- Support the sales team in technical qualification of leads and opportunities.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to product development teams.
