Role Summary:
As the Pre-Sales Head, you will be instrumental in driving our sales strategy and success by leading a team of pre-sales professionals. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing compelling solutions, and ensuring our offerings are positioned effectively to win new business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of professional services and a proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the pre-sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and client-centricity.
- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to create integrated solutions.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Design and present tailored solutions, proposals, and demonstrations that highlight our value proposition.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and influencing decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral, best practices, and knowledge management.
- Manage the pre-sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
