Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre Sales Head to lead our pre-sales efforts in the Content Development and Language Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing compelling proposals, conducting technical presentations, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to understand client needs and craft innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pre-sales team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand complex client requirements and translate them into effective solution proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Work with subject matter experts to create customized proposals and statements of work (SOWs).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in content development and language services.
