We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Pre Sales Head with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our complex security solutions and the needs of law enforcement agencies. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, crafting compelling technical proposals, and demonstrating the value of our innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges within the law enforcement and security domain.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates for potential clients.
Act as a subject matter expert on our product portfolio, including surveillance, analytics, and command & control systems.
Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with accurate and persuasive technical content.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving technological requirements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the security and law enforcement industry.
