Pre Silicon Test Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre Silicon Test Engineer with 6-6 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will be instrumental in the verification and validation of complex semiconductor designs before they are manufactured. You will contribute to the development of robust test environments and methodologies to ensure the highest quality of our pre-silicon intellectual property and System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive pre-silicon test plans and strategies for various IP blocks and SoC designs.
- Create and maintain verification environments using SystemVerilog, UVM, and other relevant verification methodologies.
- Write and debug test cases, stimulus generators, and checkers to achieve high code and functional coverage.
- Collaborate closely with RTL design engineers to understand design specifications and address any issues identified during verification.
- Participate in architectural reviews and provide feedback on design for testability and verification.
- Utilize simulation tools (e.g., VCS, QuestaSim) for running verification suites and analyzing results.
- Develop and integrate C/C++ models for performance and architectural validation.
- Work with emulation and FPGA prototyping platforms for faster verification cycles.
- Document test plans, verification strategies, and verification results thoroughly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification methodologies and tools within the team.
