Pre Silicon Test Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pre Silicon Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for complex System-on-Chips (SoCs) and hardware components before they are fabricated. This role is critical in ensuring the design integrity, functionality, and performance of our cutting-edge products for defence and aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain pre-silicon verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on design specifications and requirements.
- Implement directed and constrained-random verification strategies.
- Utilize formal verification methodologies where applicable.
- Debug simulation failures and work closely with design engineers to resolve issues.
- Develop and integrate test benches, including bus functional models (BFMs) and checkers.
- Perform gate-level simulations and power-aware simulations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of verification methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, firmware, and system engineers.
- Document verification plans, test results, and coverage reports.
