Pre Silicon Test Engineer - Iron & Steel (3-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a Pre Silicon Test Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and functionality of our pre-silicon designs within the iron and steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Management Studies (BBM) degree and possess a strong analytical mindset. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with design and verification teams to resolve issues before silicon fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive pre-silicon test plans and test cases.
- Execute test plans and analyze results to identify design bugs and functional issues.
- Create and manage bug reports, track their status, and work with design engineers for resolution.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of verification methodologies and test environments.
- Perform regression testing to ensure bug fixes do not introduce new issues.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, and system architects.
- Document test procedures, results, and methodologies clearly and concisely.
- Assist in the validation of system-level functionalities prior to silicon bring-up.
