Preschool & Primary Education - Curriculum Developer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our Preschool and Primary Education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and engaging curriculum materials that align with early childhood education best practices and national educational standards. You will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and learning activities for preschool and primary grade levels.
- Create high-quality educational content, including worksheets, storybooks, interactive exercises, and digital learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and designers to ensure curriculum accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and creative appeal.
- Conduct research on current trends and best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into curriculum design.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials through pilot testing and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment of curriculum with learning objectives, assessment strategies, and national educational guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of assessment tools and strategies to measure student learning outcomes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of child development principles and learning theories.
