Role Summary:
ONGC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to contribute to our initiatives in preschool and primary education, specifically focusing on educational policy and program development within our corporate social responsibility (CSR) framework. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1-5 years of experience who possesses a strong understanding of legal frameworks related to education and a passion for improving educational outcomes for young learners. The position is based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the research and analysis of existing national and international educational policies and legal frameworks relevant to preschool and primary education.
- Support the development and implementation of educational programs and projects under ONGC's CSR mandate, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and review legal documents, policy briefs, and reports related to educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NGOs and educational institutions, to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct due diligence on potential partner organizations in the education sector.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of educational programs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in early childhood education and educational law.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of ONGC's long-term educational CSR vision.
