Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced individual with an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Vishakhapatnam, contributing to our initiatives in Preschool & Primary Education. This role will involve strategic planning, program development, and stakeholder engagement to enhance educational outreach and community impact, aligning with our corporate social responsibility goals within the petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for preschool and primary education programs in alignment with company CSR objectives.
- Conduct market research and needs assessments to identify opportunities for educational intervention and development.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, educational institutions, NGOs, and local communities to ensure program success.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and government officials, to foster strong relationships and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of innovative educational content and methodologies.
