Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with an M.Com degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for supporting the administrative and financial operations related to our corporate social responsibility initiatives in the preschool and primary education sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of educational program support and financial management within a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financial planning, budgeting, and tracking of preschool and primary education programs.
- Manage and reconcile program-related expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of educational outreach activities.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and NGOs involved in our CSR projects.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant data, and financial transactions.
- Contribute to the evaluation of program effectiveness and impact.
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth execution of educational initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and events related to the education sector.
