Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our educational wing, supporting the children of our expatriate and local employees within our large-scale infrastructure projects across India. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, catering to the developmental needs of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for primary grade students, aligning with national and international curricula.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.

Assess student progress through various methods, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to enhance educational programs and activities.

Organize and supervise educational field trips and extracurricular activities.

Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those from different cultural backgrounds.
