Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in onboarding processes for successful candidates.
- Collaborate with the senior recruitment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
