Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Consultant to join our manufacturing and production division. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and leadership on complex projects, driving operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth for our clients and internal operations. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
* Advise clients and internal teams on best practices in areas such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation.
* Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their applicability to L&T's manufacturing and production capabilities.
* Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members.
* Prepare and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
