Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for leading complex client engagements, driving innovation, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires a deep understanding of technology trends, business strategy, and client relationship management to deliver exceptional value and achieve client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Drive pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Mentor and coach project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Identify and leverage new technologies and methodologies to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership.
